Are you licensed and certified?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Active Missouri RN license. Aesthetic treatments require a Good Faith Exam from a licensed Nurse Practitioner; I work with an NP on a telemedicine basis. Every new client gets a GFE; existing clients get one annually.

How much are services?

Starting prices are published on every service page (Botox starts at $13/unit; lip filler starts at $750/syringe; microneedling starts at $325; etc.). Final cost is quoted at consult, after the medical history and GFE — because dose, area, and product all matter to the price.

Do you have payment plans?

Yes — Cherry payment plans are available for treatments over $250. Cherry runs a soft credit check that doesn't affect your credit score. Apply at consult.

Do you offer first-time client discounts?

Accepted Answer

I don't run "first-time discounts" — discount pricing is incompatible with the medical model I practice. What I do offer first-time clients is a longer initial appointment and a fuller consult than most med spas, included at no extra cost.

Do you have a referral program?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Existing clients receive a $50 credit toward their next treatment for every referred client who completes a first appointment. No cap.

Is there a deposit to book?

Accepted Answer

Yes — a $100 deposit holds your appointment. It applies to the cost of your treatment. The deposit is refundable up to 48 hours before your appointment; non-refundable inside 48 hours.

Will I see results immediately?

Depends on the treatment. Filler: immediate (with some swelling that resolves over 7–10 days). Botox: first softening at 3–4 days, full result at 10–14 days. Microneedling + regenerative protocols: progressive over 4–8 weeks. Red Light, RF: cumulative over a series.

Injectables will make me look fake or frozen.

That's a dosing problem, not a product problem. I dose for movement. If your forehead can still lift, you can still look like you when you laugh.

Lip filler always looks huge and obvious.

Accepted Answer

Lip filler done in 0.3 to 0.5 cc increments, with the right product (Volbella, Kysse), looks like a slightly better version of your own lip. The bad lip filler you've seen on the internet is usually 2+ cc placed at once. That's not how I practice.

Filler and Botox are the same.

Accepted Answer

Botox is a neurotoxin that temporarily softens muscle movement. Filler is hyaluronic acid that adds volume. They solve different problems and they're often used together.

If I start injections, I'll have to keep doing them forever.

Accepted Answer

You don't. Stop and your face returns to its baseline. Treatments don't "stretch" or "ruin" your skin — that's a myth from forums, not from medicine.

Question 15

Injectables are only for older people.

Accepted Answer

Most of my Botox clients are between 28 and 45. Small doses, started early, are how subtle results stay subtle.

Lip filler stretches your lip permanently.

Accepted Answer

Dissolved filler returns the lip to baseline within two weeks. There's no permanent stretch. There can be lip tissue that needs a rest if you've been over-filled — different problem, also reversible.

More product means better results.

More product means a more obvious result. Better results come from the smallest effective dose in the right place.

Only women get injectables.

Accepted Answer

A growing share of my clients are men. Most want preventative Botox or jawline definition with filler. Same anatomy, same dosing rules.

Lip injections are unbearably painful.

Accepted Answer

Dental block, topical, and product with built-in lidocaine make it a four out of ten on most people's scale. Worse than a brow wax. Easier than dental work.

Wrinkles mean I need filler.

Accepted Answer

Most early lines are muscle-movement lines — that's Botox territory, not filler. Filler treats volume loss, not creases. Knowing the difference is half the job.
